I will use only the Pitch Rules for this match. I will not use the Weather Rules for this match.

The Pitch favored Batters.
Norfolk won the Toss and elected to Bat first.

First Innings
Norfolk batted fairly well throughout Day One.
The day lasted 90 Overs. Norfolk scored 249 Runs. They lost 3 Wickets (249/3).

Norfolk continued batting into Day Two.
At Tea (about 1:00PM) Norfolk had batted for a total of 126 Overs. Norfolk had scored 352 Runs. They had lost a total of 4 Wickets (352/4).

Between Tea and Lunch (about 3:00PM) Norfolk batted for 27 Overs and scored and additional 53 Runs to bring their Run total to 405 - but they had lost an additional 4 Wickets (405/8).
